Biden would like to see Iraq divided into separate states for the different groups that make up Iraq. This way, there would be less conflict as each would have its own home.

I support Joe Biden and believe he is the most experienced candidate and has the most feasible plan.

I don't think that this self-important Senator has the right to even suggest such a plan.

After the Civil War, did France or England come rushing in to divide us up?

The allies' plan in Iraq is to make the Iraqi people and military capable of maintaining their own peace, and making their own decisions.

Draw back one is our "ally" Turkey do not want a Kurdish Nation on their border and are willing to back up that believe with military force. Draw back two, whom would get what in oil revenues? Draw back three not sure that will cause the sectarian violence to actually stop with borders.

Ideaologically they are already three different countries, so on paper it sounds like a good idea. Will it actually work in practice? Who knows. I've given up trying to understand how those people think.

I think it's a viable idea. But the bottom line is that it isn't up to us. Do the Iraqis think it would work? It's their decision, not ours.

Maybe when they get back after their month long vacation they will address it. LOL, Yes, that was sarcasm.

seeing as biden is referred to by his colleagues as "the dumbest man in the senate", i would not put a lot of stock in anything he says or any plan he thinks may work...

and, like the isrealis and arabs, these three groups cannot live peacefully in the same area code...no matter how they are divided.

Its going in that direction anyway, unless its forced to remain as is.

By the way Biden never claimed it was his idea, he just came on board with it.

As usual , Biden has plagerized someone else's idea. They were talking about that in 2003.

I think it's the most nearly-plausible solution I've heard any of our politicians propose thus far.
