Some that I've heard about is in one state, it's against the law for men to wear a gotee. In another state it's against the law to wear a mask.

North Carolina Crazy Law
All couples staying overnight in a hotel must have a room with double beds that are at least two feet apart. Making love in the space between the beds is strictly forbidden.
If a man and a woman who aren't married go to a hotel/motel and register themselves as married then, according to state law, they are legally married.
Elephants may not be used to plow cotton fields.
A marriage can be declared void if either of the two persons is physically impotent.

It is against the law to rollerblade on a state highway.

I'm not sure if its true or not, but a few years ago I was in Jacksonville, North Carolina and was told that there was an old law still on the books saying that it was legal for a husband to beat his wife only if he did it on the courthouse steps.

A lot of states still have a sodomy law. Consenting adults aren't legally allowed to "partake"!
