Oh yea he will pass him up by a mile, Sosa is declining real fast even those he have a pretty good year this year. But Griffey is just picking up his pace again after all the injuries he'd been thru. Plus Griffey is alot younger than Sosa, and not only Griffey will pass Sosa but he'll pass Bond too down the road. Griffey is all natural not roid.

Not this season, but by the time both of them are retired, Griffey will be ahead of Sosa.

umm in career homeruns, not this season, but soon since Griffey is 37 and Sosa is older. Griffey wil have more homers this season than Sosa though.

Yes griffey is much younger than sosa he would pass barry bonds on the all time home run list if he wasn't injured his whole career.

I think it will happen this year. Griffey is on fire and seems to be healthy, he bats around Adam Dunn in the lineup so he is protected. Sosa is solid but can't hold him off.

Maybe not this season, but if he can stay free from major injuries he should pass Sosa early next season.
