Even if you block someone, it is not hard for them to create a new account and continue to follow you around....

It's basically pointless, yeah. I had blocked a few suspicious people early on before quickly remembering that they could just create new accounts so now I have all my stuff visible, not even private anymore. I have no reason to hide anyway.
