see deceitfull / conning is a skill!
so is manulpulation
so the body language would be to make you feel comfortable at ease it would be a fake attempt to be good! so it's hard to tell some of the poor skills of being deceitfull would be not looking at you in the eyes! (unless they are shy) talking too much and condradickting themselves!
as well as smirk maybe but the good ones you won't be able to really tell cuz they are good at reading poeple there for can mock there language to make the victium feel at ease!

Inability to look you in the eye. They'll look at your face to make you think they are, but if you pay close attention they will be focusing on your eyebrow or something else.
