Excellent Question!
Oh Heck ya! All the time--- if I truly said what I wanted to say, especially at work, I'd probably lose my job, maybe get more admiration from my peers and feel a whole lot better for being able to get stuff off my chest and heart.

Not any more. I've learned how to say how I feel while saying what I need to say, usually without any hurt feelings. For example if someone is getting too close to me physically, and it makes me uncomfortable. How to tell them without hurting feelings? Be honest, gently, and empathetically. Like this, "I have a very large boundary level. I need a lot of space from people in general. So I'm telling you that I'm not backing away from you personally. It's just part of who I am. I need you to give me more space so I'll be more comfortable. I don't want you to go away. Please understand this in the way it is meant. I enjoy your company, I just need a little more physical space. I appreciate you not taking it personally, and for understanding. It's hard to understand, and not take it to heart." Something like that. Maybe not as long, but that's the idea.
Blessed Be

No. I always said what I wanted to say, express what I wanted to express but this is not a good thing though, HE might think I said it out of habit (the word I Love You).

There are many times I do and then it's according to the person, I will go ahead and be straight up with them. I want people to be that way with me.I can't stand people that are 2 faced. So I don't want to be that way.

Well yeah, I have to bring someone up to my level of thinking before I can say what I really want to. It is more productive and benifitual that way.
