Put the cpu inside a trash bag, then blow compressed air from the opening across the innards into the bag. Dust off the MB with a fine paintbrush. If you do it all carefully, you won't even need a vacuum.

Better use a blower or blow the dust with vacuum cleaner
( connect hose other way inlet instead of suction) .It will be eassy to remove all the dust .Use a disposable mask while bowing avoid dust alergy.

Vaccum clearer is ok but make sure that the vaccum cleaner brush will not touch the motherboard, or else the motherboard can be damaged due to static charges from the brush.

You can but be very careful you don't brush the motherboard because that could cause damage to your computer. It's better to use compressed air. You can buy an aerosol can at an office supplies store.

Yeah, I do it all the time.
I just ensure that I don't actually touch any of the components, just hold the hose slightly above, but low enough for the vacuum cleaner to do it's stuff!
