replace the cam sensor (located on the end of the cylinder head) or crank sensor (located on front of engine behind harmonic balancer) these are the only two sensor's in the electrical system that control sparking and often they do not set trouble codes when malfunctioned so having the ECM codes checked might be out of the question

The first thing to do is to check for any stored trouble codes and for valid data. Also a good idea to check for cranking speed data while in here. If there is anything shown here, chase. If not, check the ignition module for power and ground when the ignition is on. If you have good data, power, and ground to the module you either have a bad ignition module, a bad crank sensor, or both. The crank sensor is plugged into the module underneath so I always changed both when I had this problem. Good luck.

I would think ignition module first off,it sits underneath your coils.Take it to a garage & have it scanned, see if you have a rpm signal first, this will tell you if your crank sensor is working. If so,I would go for a ignition module.Have seen many failures on these.Good Luck
