If you drive your car into a Body of water with a Female passenger with you and you escape but leave the passenger at the bottom of the body of water fail to make a report untill the next morning after the passenger is DEAD does this make you a Murderer?

I guess in order to accurately call him a murderer you would have to think he intentionally drove into the water. I think he just has no respect for human life,except his own. But that just makes him like most of the Kennedy clan really.This family just has way more than it's fair share of rotten people.

Well, law enforcement decided it was not murder. Many years later this is still being argued and shows no signs of abating. I'm sure some of those who have been outraged by this have tried, obviously unsuccessfully, to get Kennedy charged with murder and take this back to court. It's not going to happen, or it would have happened already. I'm still po'd about O.J., but not obsessed enough to still be pontificating on it. More important matters concern me these days than railing on about something that nothing can be done about from many years past. It doesn't affect Kennedy's votes, that man will be a Senator until he decides to retire.

Many wealthy people believe themselves to be above the law. And why not? Their lawyers know how to pull strings. Look at OJ Simpson.
Ted Kennedy was not worried about Mary Jo's body at the bottom of that lake because he knew his family could take care of the cover up... and they did.

it has NOTHING to do with ted kennedy being a murderer and by the way there is plenty of evidence that he is. Its hardly slander at all.

By every means of the word! Not only did he murder her but he did it to protect himself!! He's a murderer, and had no regard of life whatsoever! Plus he was drunk on top of it and married! Yet he gets elected as a Govenor??? Yet people allow him to speak out against everything??? If he could do this kind of thing what else is he guilty of?

That is slander.... There is no evidence I know of that shows Mr Kennedy to be a murderer, when there is ample evidence to show that the war OF Terror in Iraq has beeen directly responsible for the deaths of 810,000 Iraqis... now who is responsible for that?
