Well if I'm depressed/frustrated then I'll pick up my guitar and jam until my fingers bleed. If I'm angry/frustrated I'll go for a run or play some soccer, and if I'm just stressed/frustrated I'll take a nap or knit.

Depending on what it is, some problems can be resolved by talking it out- either with myself or with the person involved. I may be able to get some advice from someone to help me work it out. It all depends on the situation. There are MANY times when I just have to suck it up and move along.
