I'd say probably MORE so than a random stranger, because most hookers use condoms, even when performing oral sex (as a "work" related safety precaution), unlike woman who are sexing you for a personal thrill, and not just $$$.

well you shouldnt realy have a hooker in the first place... but its a personal choice if you want to let her use it fine if its against your moral then no but if you let her emmm "use" your other possesions what difference will a toothbrush make?

I dont see a problem with it. She probably only has a couple teeth anyway. Just dont let her usee the linens to clean her meth sores, that could get messy
