Why do corporations have to run things so wrong and change things from the way you are used to doing?

Just dont like the new management where I work at, things are a lot different than they were when I started working there

Generally its because they feel they have to make the place their own and assert their authority. The companies I've worked for all seem to be run by idiots who bought their way through college and buddied their way up in positions with no real abilities. For instance in our engineering department only one of the engineers has an actual engineering degree. The edecution levels for the rest of them range from high school diploma to a music degree, not anything in engineering. Its a rediculeous system that prevents any business from ever acheveing any real degree of efficiency.
