I guess it's better than plastic surgery. But honestly you would stick out like a sore thumb! Example: if you get a padded bra at 10...you'll be the only girl that looks like you have boobs. You will be made fun of because you don't look like everyone else. Do you really want that? It's not worth it.

At this age you need to be careful. Get measured for a decent bra by a shop that knows what its doing. As you get bigger badly fitting bras can be the cause of all sorts of back problems. Go for a good fitting bra and take some advice from the shop as to whether padding is good for your age and shape.

Not for a 10 year old, sheesh, many 10 year olds don't need a bra at all, much less a padded one. I'd say give your body a chance to grow into it's potential before you start accentuating it with extras. I'd be inclined to say it's appropriate for someone 16+.

You don't want them being to padded. A little bit of padding is okay if they don't like the soft bras.

I didn't develop well until I was about 15 so if you want to wear a padded bra, I say go for it. They can make you look more developed as well as add a bit of roundness to make it look natural. Go for a nice one, not too thick, and not too unpadded. Avoid ones that make you look as if you have cones on your chest. If you really want to, I say go ahead, just don't overdo it. Plus it stays in place better than tissue.
