The capsules are not as effective as the tea if you are using it for a uterine toner. However, if this is what you want to do, you have to actually encapsulate them yourself. Easy to do.
Present Moments is, amongst other things, a provider of herbs that are grown either in the wild or organically. They also sell the geletin capsules and the capsule maker. I used them when we were trying various herbal remedies to resolve a health problem. Anyway, it's a brick and mortar store located in Minneapolis. I recommend. This is where I normally purchase my herbal teas.
