No. They are much less rigid. The solid is the most rigid of all the phases of matter. Gases are the least rigid, as the attraction between molecules of a gaseous substance is MUCH weaker than than that of a liquid or solid.

No, rigidity depends on the bond strength between the molecules and the gases have the least strength among the molecular bonds. In fact, gases have no size or shape unlike liquids which have a definite size (volume) but no shape. Solids have both size and shape.
