I actually learned spades in jail. It's like euchre but spades is always trump. I don't know of any websites but here is a quick explanation.
You play in teams (lets say two teams of two)
You deal out all the cards evenly to each player.
You look at your hand and see how many "books" you can take. You can do this by seeing how many trump you have that you think will take books and how many high cards of other suits you have that will take books because everyone will have to follow suit.
Each team guesses how many they can get and you write that number down.
The first person will lay a card and each person after will have to follow that suit, if they don't have that suit they trump it and try and take it.
You do this until all cards are gone. If you get more books then you guessed you get as many points as books that you took.
If you get less books then you guessed you get the amount of books you guessed taken away in the points. You can play to whatever number you want to.
This isn't the best explanation, but I hope it helps.

Yes.
If you have Windows XP, there's a good online Spades Game built right into your operating system. Go to Games --> Internet Spades.
You'll be matched with three other players and then you can play.
The problem is that there are a few people who like to bid incorrectly, and then as soon as they lose, they leave. I hate that.
