I believe Mr. T was teaming up with Jimmy "superfly" Snuka and Hulk Hogan in Wrestlemania I against Roddy Piper and Orndorff and cowboy Bob Orton.. Something like that not sure. I started watching wrestling at Wrestlemania 3... But I remember Mr T was in WM1 as well. And I've seen him in numerous WWF appearances. But my question is this: Were they only random appearances or was he ever part of active WWF roster?? If yes, how much time?

Mr T was never on the active roster, he was a good friend of Hulk Hogan so he made random appearences ...The WWE was also trying to ride the fame of a hollywood star as Mr T's show The A Team was very popular at the time....thats when the WWE really went mainstream....alot of WWE(F) wrestlers appeared on the A Team

Mr. T and Hogan had a tag match against Piper and Orndorff. Snuka was in the Mr. T and Hogan's corner, Bob Orton was in Piper and Orndorff's corner.
Jdat is correct...the WWF never really signed Mr. T to their roster, he was just making some random appearances.

he was never an active wrestler and these appearnces were just random.they wanted to attract a larger audience being the these were the first wrestlemanias and seeing how mr.t was a big movie star they decided to get him involved.
