No research shows most viruses come from the USA & the UK.

NO. They come from anywhere in the world. If one can program, one can make a virus. The countries with the most internet acess would be the hot spots for viruses. The US, Europe, China, Russia are a few hotspots. I have never heared of Israel buing a leading country for virus programming.
