Mon Dieu! C'est un disasteur!! Ou est les Chefs de France?!!

Frankly, if this is the case, then that consigns the whole of French meat cuisine down the pan. The French eat meat either au bleu (just browned on the outside), or saignant (just cooked), and quite right too. They keep the tougher ends of steaks for English customers who like their meat well done. Anyone who has worked with, or eaten, French Chatelaine meat will know what I mean - it's as good as Aberdeen Angus, but is not keen on overcooking.

Any French people, French chefs, or other French-trained chefs out there? Comments, please!!!

How absurd.
Red meat is healthy up to a certain point. All the amino acids can only be found in meat. Other sources of protein are great, but aren't as complete. Fish, beans, nuts, and poultry are great.Fruits and veggies are a must.Don't forget to drink plenty of h2o.

sorry teepsbike, but humans aren't carnivorous by nature, we are designed to be omnivorous.
Carnivores eat only meat, no vegetables at all.
Personally I think that we should be highly evolved enough to obtain our protein and iron from sources other than meat, but it's a personal choice and I can't see that it's offensive to make a suggestion. People are too easily wound up sometimes.

They all get fcuked off the site in the end me ole "bon viveur" (Sorry, Foghorn does get a bit carried away when someone stimulates his tastebuds!)

Hopefully your **** will be made clear to us oiks at your convenience....

thats pretty ridiculous. I mean we are in fact carnivorous animals by nature. it is part of a healthy diet, as outlined by the FDA (just look at the food pyramid) so vegetarianism is more of a personal choice than carnivorism is.

why do you suppose that mammals are the most succesful species on the planet,,well its because they eat anything, meat, vegetables,,even grass,,,
species that have a limited diet ie,,pandas, who only eat bamboo shoots are dying out,,,,do you suppose this is an accident of nature,,
we were born to eat everything ,get on with it and enjoy it!

How can that possibly be a violation? I've had some ridiculous stuff deleted also. And when you complain that it was unfair, they don't acknowledge your email. You just have to suck it up and deal with it
