Because she told you. Because she washes your clothes, fixes your supper, buys you the things that you need and want, because she takes you places and does things with you. That's how you know. It's not because she has to, it's because she wants to. Because she loves you!

There is nothing more important and tender than the love of one's mother. Mothers have made great sacrifices over the years to support and care for their children in spite of many obstacles which can be thrown their way. It is not difficult to know a mother's love.
The fact that she carried you for 9 months when she might have had options. The fact that she has reared you - hopefully to have certain characteristics that are positive, kind, and essential to helping you mature into a wonderful young man, respectful of others, loving, attentive, and a person who would be a contributor to our society in a positive way.
I hope sincerely that you love your mother as much as she loves you.
