i am french and i don't understand why the American media don't say that jacques chirac has reason to not to go to Irak

Congratulations to France and their new president!
Jacques Chirac contributed very little to the betterment of the world. He was an obstructionist that only want to see his own glory and to hell with the rest of the world.
He proposed numerous peace proposals concerning the Middle East and then sabotaged any chance for their sauces.
He participated in the Arms for Oil fraud at the U,N.
He did not earn any right to criticize what happened in Iraq because he did nothing to help. He was only interested in helping his friends make money off the human suffering that occured.

I'm not sure! I didn't know France had a military! I thought the UN guys fronted for them.
