Who cares? If you were open minded enough to make the video then it shouldn't really matter what happens to it.

well love let him,
i know of a case where the guy did just that and it back fired on him ,
the woman in question had blokes emailing her she ended up doing a foto shoot for a newspaper she sold the story how she first got with the bloke in the video with her and moved on to a better job being a agony aunt for teens with sex problems.
you may say oh no family friends might see it, well family should not look at all, friends will for a giggle, but big deal we all have sex and a lot a people do video it.
i have no idea what you look like, but you may not want people to see you nude, hey we are all diffrent and if we looked the same the world would be a sad place to live.
but if you want him to stop it.
go to the police you have broken no laws making a video tape and tell them what he is doing.
he will be arested and charged for it.
if he then does upload the video tape he will go to prison for it, as you have it on record he does not have your concent to broadcast the video that is agaist the law.
but i say let him and enjoy the fame from it
but good luck with this
kind regards x kitti x

If you can possibly obtain any/all copies of the video, get them and destroy them.
If not, then be sure to threaten a lawsuit to stop it.
Having a sex video on the internet didn't ruin Paris Hilton's life....it actually made her more famous, but since you're not famous, would anyone you know actually ever even see it?
If he financially benefits from the video, you can sue him for your share of the profits.
It is most likely that he is using that threat to hurt you, make you worry, and seek some twisted sort of revenge.
Remember, he's on the video, too..... so he'd be just as exposed and embarrased as you'd be. Is he the type to cut his own nose off to spite his face? If he is, he's a fool.
And, remember to never, never make a sex video with ANYONE ever again. Not even a husband!!!!

I find it strange the way everybody is assuming that the person asking the question is a female and the aggressor threatening to expose the video is a male.
In my experience it is females that resort to this kind of "vengeance" when a guy hurts a girl it is invariably because of being thoughtless or selfish or similar. When a girl hurts a guy it is normally spiteful and in cold blood.

And herein lies a great lesson for all! DON'T in the first place make something or do something you'll regret in future days.
You know, you really ought to tell your ex to go for it. Say something to the effect of "Yeah then everyone can see what a lousy lover you really are!" Or, "OH I would LOVE you to do that! It'll get me LOTS more dates!" Sometimes you have to call the bluff. Sometimes you have to not be afraid of the game they are playing and play at it better than they. Most ex's are just trying to hurt the other because they can't get over the fact that they've lost at love.
Good luck!

Act like you really want to see him and spend some time with him then ask him if you can watch the tape together to get turned on. Then when he is not looking take the tape and run. If that is impossible tell him you will hire a lawyer and sue him for emotional damage. It is against the law for him to do that.

My ex threatened to do that to me, i've never seen the footage on there. no one i know has ever mentioned it so i guess it was an empty threat. at the end of the day he wasn't all that so he'd be shooting himself in the foot really and showing himself up. i think he said he'd do it coz he was hurt that i'd split up with him...how childish!!
don't worry about it - if anything happens get a solicitor involved, it is illegal to put it on if you're against the idea!

well if they do, ok it`ll be embarrasing for a few days, then after a week or two, old news, everything will have moved on, but you will know that you ex cant stoop any lower, you could try reverse psycology, tell you ex " so what do it, get it over and done with ", ( thats what i`d do at least theres no more blackmail, must be horrid for you, good luck

Catch him on tape saying this and sue him for black mail.
Or if you have some ugly picture of him, threaten to put it up on the internet too. Photoshop his ugle *** picture with the smallest penis ever and put it up on the internet if he dares put up the sex tape.
And if he does then sue him for sure. Cause theres only you and him having sex, and who else owns the tape?
Make sure you get evidence of him saying that he will threaten to put up the tape!!

You can file a law suit against him. I would see if you can get a free consultation from an attorney. Putting that up with out your consent is against the law.
