I have allergies and have to take an antihystamine (Fexfene-
dine). I also have a heart problem, diabetes, high blood pres-
sure, etc. In other words, my body is shot LOl. The only thing
I would recommend for a natural remedy is from the health
food store. And it is Stinging Nettles in pill form. I took it years
ago as an in between when I couldn't get a perscription for
something better. And it does help, but temporarily to dry you
up so you don't have the sinus problem straight thru the day.

It could be caused by low hydration. Try and hydrate through drinking lots of water, 6-8 glasses per day. The effect will be more spittle and more times swallowing.

I would also try the saline solution, however I would recommend doing the nasal flush while taking a shower. Why? Because it's easier to get rid of what comes out of your sinus cavities.

have you tried making a salt wash. You take 1 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teas of sea salt or kosher salt(not table salt) Take an bulb syringe and flush your sinus passages with it. My doctor told me if I did this every day this would cut down on my allergy and sinus problems.

I agree with first poster. :) Oprah/Dr. Oz talked about that and people started using that protocol and have no more issues!

**I cut out dairy and have no more issues with it. NONE. ZERO. :)

Good luck!
