I heard there was a fashion show in Tehran last weekend, instead of the famous designers like Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein, Donna Karen....the local designers where Jihad Armani, Khomeini Klein, Donna Koran and a few others...i think Ahmedine Versace also showed some of his summer line.

Iranian painter Kamaleddin Behzad gave birth to a new style of painting.
Iranian poetry is appreciated and known worldwide.
So I wouldn't be surprised to see Iranian designers excel in the fashion business. Iran kicks azz!
