Not necessarily. I advise men not to worry about the size of their penis and to develop techniques that will please their partner. That is a good approach since penis enlargement is next to impossible without surgery.

Size does nto always make a difference sweetie, its what you do with it that counts, in fact big ones dont always satisfy!!!!!! Not sure of the side efects of penis enlargement as I am a girl and have no call for it but I suppose if you were to go down the route of surgial enlargement there is always going to some element of risk, as with all surgery!
Dont get it enlarged just get busy with what you got!

Where as I understand that a man with a small penis can satisfy a woman, I thinkthe bigger you are the more options and areas you can hit and things and positions you can do. A big penis can hit areas deep inside of a woman to stimulate her where a small penis can't reach.
Often I have just used just the first four inches of my penis during sex and been able toadd in the additional 4 inches as the woman begins to reach orgasm, that extra four inches causes her to climax a lot more intensely.

Penis enlargements are scams. Only the surgical stuff works, but then you'd run risk of losing feeling. Obviously, in most cases, a bigger one will satisfy better. Learn good oral techniques if needed.

When it comes to "satisfying" a woman, size does NOT really matter that much. What does matter is taking your time, stimulating your partner BEFORE intercourse. A mans penis size is really irrelavent in the long run...trust me.
