just wear the night pads when you go to sleep...they're extra long and normally do not leak out. i had the same problem as a child, but then my mother showed me the night pads. they really work, and you need them because at night, you move around in bed a lot, so regular pads are normally not enough.

good luck!

I take it by your question that this is a night time problem? Yeah, normal pads aren't enough at night cause you do move around. They make extra long night time pads that might be worth getting? How old are you? It might be worth trying tampons if you haven't already. Cause I tend to bleed a lot at night, I have a super absorbant tampon and a safeguard pad on, and it seems to keep me safe :-)

Good luck anyway :-)

Use night time pads (at night). use pads with wings during the day. They also make longer pads that might help.
Have you tried tampons? They would help with this. (You can wear a tampon at night as long as you don't sleep longer than 8 hours)
