I love the range of answers here lol.
Your question was "How do I clear the cookies on my computer?"
The answer is simple Click start>all programs>accessories>system tools> and then chose (Disc clean up)
That will clear the temp files (aka Cookies) from your computer.
I do agree that CCleaner is an excellent program for keeping your computer clean and free of left over file strings from downloading and deleteing things from your computer so if your interested in that CCleaner is one of the best free prgrams out there and very simple to use. but if your just interested in clearing cookies then just do the disc cleanup provided with your computer :) \
Good luck and have a great day

The best and easiest way to clear all the cookies and history and be sure to leave no traces behind is CCleaner.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. CCleaner also fixes your registry. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware.

If you're using Internet Explorer go to Tools - Internet Options and it will be there. If you're using Firefox, go to Tools - Clear Private Data and check the "cookies" box.

In IE 6, Click tools, internet options, you will see cookies, press delete.
In IE 7 click tools, internet options, delete browser history.

I also see where a bunch of ppl recommend downloading software to do this for you, I personally am against doing that. In most cases that software will cause you more problems than you just manually doing the task yourself.
