I've kept all of them together at some stage however that was in a 6ft tank with plenty of space and to be honest you don't notice the odd tetra going missing when you have a shoal of 50 or so, as for petco's compatibility sheet, I've never been to one of there shops however, going by what I hear on here of wal-mart and petco, I'd be giving there sheets a wide birth.
Dwarf Gourami's can be obnoxious but I've never seen them trying to eat tetra's I'd think there mouth is a little small.

You should see neon's taking Gourami fry though now theres something to see.

Juvenile.. probably, but of course not for long at all. You obviously know the angels (and probably the gourami as well) will eat the neons as soon as they can.

angelfish and tetras are compatible
gourami and tetras are also compatible
