While on internet observing and moving around some maps, I somehow moved the task bar (normally located at bottom of screen) to the far right and in a vertical position. I cannot return it to the proper location for love nor money. Its driving me crazy. I have looked at the 'help' sections to no avail.

Can anyone offer advice to put it back to where it should be before I lose all of my hair?

Right click on an open area in the task bar and unlock it. Then you should be able to simply put your curser in the task bar, hold the left mouse button down and drag the task bar back to the bottom or the top, etc. Be sure to lock the task bar after you have relocated it.

Just click in the empty space on the bar and drag it back down to where it used to be.

Right click the taskbar and make sure it's not locked. There will be a check mark next to Lock the Taskbar if it is. Click it to unlock. Not click somewhere on the taskbar and drag it to where you want it.
