35-50 is quite good for 13 year old.
But the question would depend.. are you talking about 13 year olds with experience in football as QB? I would say about 25-30 yards.
The good ones can probably push 50 yards.

It's not how far you can throw it. It's how far you can throw it ACCURATELY. I was a split end back in the 70's in high school. You know all those rules you have to protect players, like no forearms to the head? Well, those did not exist back then. In fact, hitting to the head was encouraged.
Anyway, I played with two QBs. One could throw 70 yards off his back foot and the sucker always sailed. Meaning ol' Brim had to go up after it. I can still hear the DBs giggling as they stood over my bruised, bleeding body. The other QB had a nice arm, but probably could only really throw fifty yards. I could cound on every pass being to the off side from the defender, letting me know which way I needed to turn to avoid the tackle. Guess which quarterback I preferred?

the person that said 90 yards is wrong, not even professional qb's can throw it that far. i'm 13 years old and i've been playing baseball and football for 7 yeaers each.i can trow about 40-60 yards if i throw it rite but thats not what matters when u r a quarterback. u have to have proper technique and fantastic accuracy and great footwork also.

Well you are still young at that age, so i would say 40yds at the most, if you cannot throw 50yds at the age of 16 then you are in trouble.

It all depends on the strength of your arm and also if you can throw it right using the right technique, otherwise your going to stink at it no matter how old you are.
