If you take two wooden spoons, saw the 'spoon' end off the handle, then re-affix with small hinges, they can be worn as 'total-block' sunglasses.
Other possible uses:
Micro-surgery
Cleaning up nuclear waste spillages
Fly swatter
Bed warmer (with hot coals)
Memo board
Snow shoes (and, therefore, tennis rackets)
And finally, racing bike saddles.

smakcing somone in the head
stirring paint
using as a back scratcher
mixing drinks
light it on fire and use as a torch
use the long handle for female sexual pleasure...
Have sword fights with them
whittle them down to make something smaller
use it as a pretend microphone when singing a song
get a small bouncy ball in a small room with hardwood floors and use the spoon as a bat against the ball
if you can find some cheap ones let kids decorate/paint them for an art project
paint it to look like a small guitar so you no longer have to use an air guitar
whatever else you can think of

I use the handle of mine to push the cork in on a bottle of wine when I cant fine the cork screw. I was visiting my daughter a while back when she had some friends in for drinks and there was a panic when the cork screw broke but mother to the rescue again with the wooden spoon.

I use them for all sorts of crafting applications ~ mixing paint, paper mache paste, plaster or paris etc. They make wonderful wind chimes and can also be used for making mobiles.
They are ideal for cleaning out drains, vacuum cleaner tubes, and sprinklers.
My kids used to use them to bang on pots & pans for kitchen concerts. We've got a garbage can band locally, that uses wooden spoons to create music on street signs, ladders, and plastic & metal trash cans.

As long as it's an old spoon, use it for stirring dye in a bucket when you're dying clothes.
You can also use the handle to make holes in the soil when planting young plants.
