My periods are clockwork. My doctor has told me I have a tilted uterus and my hormone level may be low. Has anyone ever encountered these problems? Although I have waited to have a child until I am ready, I am 31 years old and my clock is ticking. I am now finacially stable and married.

I have been trying for 4 months and finally got BFP this month. Here is what I did and hopefully it will help you. First I used OPK and found out I ovulate on day 10 not 14 so I had totally missed ovulation the months before. The second thing I did was we used Preseed. If you go to www.twoweekwait.com you can order from that website. I also didn't move or get up after bd. We did it at night so I just had a small pillow near by and put it under my hips and fell asleep. Good Luck and Baby Dust to you !!

Sperm can are living as much as 6 days in fertile mucus. You must discover wetness about 6 days earlier than you ovulate--your first fertile day. It can be healthy that you're still having egg-white discharge. That you would be able to nonetheless have sex just a few more times when you and your husband have that choice, but in addition be aware of that you simply would still become pregnant on this cycle seeing that of timing already. Nevertheless, your possibilities of being pregnant expand the toward your precise day of ovulation. It can be method too early to have any indicators of being pregnant. A new youngster does not implant into the mother's womb until about 6 days or so after fertilization on the earliest---and you can also not have even ovulated yet (which is a have got to earlier than fertilization can happen!) don't stress out an excessive amount of...It's alleged to be fun, you recognize;) good luck and God bless!

A few things you can do--
Chart your BBT. Just because your periods are regular doesn't mean you are in fact ovulating. Try charting your basal body temps (www.fertilityfriend.com) and make sure it shows a clear ovulation pattern. Also, by charting bbt, you will be able to tell if you might possibly have a luteal phase defect, basically the second half of your cycle isn't long enough for a fertilized egg to implant in the uterus. From ovulation til the start of your next period needs to be a minimum of 10 days but 12 is even better. If this turns out to be your problem then they can give you progesterone to use during the second half of your cycle.
Another thing that definantly needs to be done if you haven't already is your husband must have a semen analysis. Your gyn can order it or he can go to his general doctor or make an appt with a urologist.
And one other thing, be sure you are having enough intercourse during ovulation, every other day should be plenty and lay still with hips elevated for 30min afterwards.

Have you tried acting as rabbits? Try tracking your cycle especially since you run like clockwork. Check basal temp. Most importantly, you need to give yourself a break. I'm sure you feeling all sorts of emotions after getting a negative result every month, but stress isn't going to help. Try and find outside support to help you through this. Regardless of how close you and your hubby are and how many close friends you have, it helps to have girls that are going through the same thing. Online communitites are great since you don't have to get overly open with personal information and you can come and go as you please. www.babynamesworld.com is a great one and it goes from trying to conceive (TTC), to pregnancy, naming, and parenting. Its free and open to anyone.

Good luck to you.

My mom started having kids at 30, and that was 30 years ago! She did have to go on chlomid for one cycle, but then she popped out three of us in four years. A great book to help you get started TTC is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler

First of all, I would like to let you know that you can still get pregnant. My Aunt was trying for years to get pregnant and when she was thirty five, it finally came true for her. You have to be patient, its tough but you have to try. Eventually it will happen to you, if it doesn't I'd reccomend in-vitro. Even though you will be at high risk for multiples. If you want, you might want to check into adoption. Best of luck =)
