I'm drinking mountain dew..not working..gonna fall asleep at my desk

hmm..to the last poster who wrote about getting 6-8 hrs of sleep some people can't what about new parents..how do they get sleep..they don't..wikipedia that

get some good sleep the night before.

if you've been skipping your at least 6 hrs of sleep if you're an adult or 8 hrs for a child then chances are homeostasis (the natural balance in the body) will catch up.

You cant expect to skip a few days of sleep and think it can be recovered by drinking caffeine or carbonated drinks.

As for sleeping at your desk..turn the heater down in winter and have an apple. Fibre ensures you're awake and alert!

Some days are just like that. Nothing will get you going it seems. Too bad you can't do some kind of aerobic exercises. You need something to really get your blood pumping. Walk around as much as you can. Go talk to a co-worker, whatever you can do! Good luck!

Just take a walk to the coffee machine or some place. It should get you going. Or have a small chat with a colleague. Or splash some water on your face.

long sleeps makes you drowsy

a good 10-20 naps is great at gaining
alertness
it has been proving
it is also part of some european and most asian culture
