I am a teacher. Strong sense of right and wrong is a HUGE compliment. It means your kid has morals / values, and makes good decisions.

The one I always use though is ________ is a distracting influence in class. It runs the gamut from masking the fact that someone's child literally marches through the aisles while I'm teaching shouting racist jargon and inappropriate comments to females, or the kid who just will not stop talking, even to him or herself.

The one I've never understood though, that our school has, is "Student must make dental appointment." What the hell? When would I use that one?

Sounds like a compliment to me, stop foisting your paranoia and hatred of teachers onto your poor child, let him have a good school experience, even if you didn't.
