I trust myself completely and unconditionally. Over the se many years I have learnt the limits of my knowledge , my physical limitation , my mental capacity and I have , comfortably , arrived at a point where I trust my intuition , my gut feelings and my comfort level.

I am no longer suffering from any peer pressure and any obligation to satisfy some else`s evaluation of me.

I trust myself.
