someone basically told me that if you push or poke your boobs to hard, or twist um, you know, on the boob, you can get cancer. Thats totally weird and gross but i just wondered if you could get cancer from that???

Would doctors be giving breast exams the way they do if that was true?

From what I recall reading, no it won't...... but I think them receiving a bit of a whack has been touted among the many possible very very minor contributory factors to it potentially happening later in life (but largely just a theory, rather than fact).

All pushing / poking / twisting too hard will do as far as I've read is potentially cause a bit of tissue damage that could eventually lead to them starting to sag eventually.

Bruised, yes. Cancer, no.

Breast cancer effects both men and women, but at a much lower rate. If it were true that twisting a boob or nipple caused cancer, think of all the guys that would have from purple nurples and tittytwisters.
