Hi, ive design my site in photoshop cs3, sliced it then exported so i get the index and images!! But when i import it into dreamweaver i can link it and the sliced buttons, but i cant add text or buttons e.g roll overs or flash buttons? it keeps dropping off, or you cant see it!!
How can i ad text in Dreamweaver? also a contact table?

You'll have to add extra rows/columns as you need in the Extended Tables mode so you can have extra spaces for the other things you are wanting to add. And yes, you can add rollovers...just select the image slice and use the "Rollover Image" command. Use that image from that slice as one of the images in the rollover.

If you're using Dreamweaver 8, like I am, Ext. Tables mode is F6. This may be the same in later versions too, though.

You seem to want to do a lot of things with Dreamweaver.
The problem is that it won't allow you to do "whatever" you want: it has very serious limitations and is designed for NON-programmers.
The very best advice to you is:
- DROP dreamweaver
- LEARN to write code directly with notepad, using HTML (of course!), java, PhP and MySQL.
In the time it takes you to go around the problems of dreamweaver, you will have learnt these languages and become...
a real programmer.
