Does anyone know of any instructions I can read for taking a bunch of collectable rock band t-shirts and making them into a blanket or something like that?

Cut them apart and iron the fronts onto some interfacing, then cut the fronts into squares or rectangles. Then you can sew them together with strips of fabric in bettwen and make a nice quilt.

i actually had a quilt made for me for my graduation, it was made out of the teeshirts from sports and what not. it was such a great gift, and it seemed easy enough to do.

the woman who made it for me actually used grosgrain ribbion in between the squares she cut out of the tee-shirts. added a little extra flare to it.

teeshirt quilts are great, soft, and cozy. iw ould suggest, thoguht you woudln't have to, but you could buy jersey knit fabric from a fabric store, to use as the backing!

good luck, and enjoy it once you have finished!
