Your mass will remain the same no matter where you go(except for small changes induced by sweating, going to the bathroom, eating, breathing etc.) but your weight will definitely change. Weight (but not mass) depends on acceleration due to gravity which is accepted at 9.80665 m/sec2, but that varies depending on elevation, topography, latitude, and the density of the rocks below you.

Geophysicists use the change in weight across the earth's surface - called a gravity survey - to determine many things about the earth's internal structure.

The higher up a mountain you go, in general, the less you will weigh because (1) you are further from the core of the earth, and (2) there will be less mass below you on a steep pinnacle than there would be on a large plateau.

More seriously, I'm going to take a w.a.g. and say there will be a tiny difference due to differences in gravity anomalies. Gravity anomalies are produced by density variations within the rocks of the Earth's crust and upper mantle.

Thats a very interesting question you got there. Well in my perspective I think that your weight will be slightly less considering that you are a greater distance away from the earth and probably its pull on your body might be very slightly less than it would be when you are at sea level. It's quite logical what i'm trying to tell you here.

your weight depends on your distance from the Earth centre. the Earth radius is more than 60000km and moving 4 km is nothing at all! then your weight remains the same.
