No it usually eases the cramps during that time rather than sitting around and waiting for the pain to go away. I say go ahead....exersise isn't gonna hurt you. But in moderation....like anthing else in life.

no not at all. i do it all the time. drink plenty of water and if your running like a mile or so make sure you are using a tampon. pads dont cut it in running.
