We use to practice every day we could for as long as we could. Many times until we can't see the ball anymore.

Well, it sounds like your pretty into soccer.
This year i will be a freshman annd im training a lot for soccer.
At home, i only practiice for about an 2 hours a day (That doesnt include practicing conditioning).Enough that i dont get bored and burn out. At home i also go to run at the local track. Since i play midfield, i work on runing 1/4 miles and 1/2 miles and work my way up to a full mile. then i will run some sprints to work on explosive power. Even as a midfield, you never wind up running a 1/4 mile straight without stopping.
I'm also doing two soccer camps and trying out for a winter indoor team for high school players.
One camp i did focused mainly on technical skills (passing shooting dribbling ect...) and the next cam i am doing is the week before my tryouts. it is a High School Soccer Prep Camp. It is for all student athletes and student athletes to be.
The first 2 hours focus on small sided games and scrimmages. the last hour they bring in a conditioning coach.
Hope That helps and good luck!

hmmm well 15-17 hours a day is quite alot haha
my dad was a soccer coach and i played for a good seven years.
You shoul do alot of drills, maybe a good 2-3 hours a day
Practice dribbling, shooting passing, and know how to play every position.
Also practice dribbling for the hell of it, it can be something very impresive to the rest of the team.
Also running is very essential, if you're playing soccer you should be able to run a mile in less then ten minutes.
Hope this helps =)

We do have oil. But, not enough to meet our energy needs. That is why we import it. I am afraid that if people think we can just go back to our old wells, and find a wealth of oil just for the pumping, they are badly misguided. It will cost a lot to try to pump our own oil since it will be harder to get it out. Most of our wells are called stripper wells which means that they strip the last of the oil from the old wells. Any new wells will not make up for the decline in the overall decline of oil worldwide. We have found most of the oil deposits here on the North American continent. Mexico is in decline and Canada is trying to use the tar sands to produce oil. The tar sands require a lot of natural gas to heat the water to wash the oil out of the sands. Then you have a disposal problem with the leftover sand. It still contains a lot of oil and it cannot just be dumped anywhere. We will eventually have to fight for any oil we need, it has already started in the middle east, that is why we don't want to leave the region. We are afraid that other countries will come in and take the oil and that would really have an effect on our economy.

I never practiced, I basically played and played and played, during summer would play penalties kick with my brother, and at night we would gather with some friends and played for at least 3 hours.
We played also crosses. you were suppose to try to score without letting the ball bounce, so you would either make a header or kick the ball as it is coming towards you. I guess this is kind of practice but for us it was playing, we would celebrate each goal as if it was a real soccer game. Just play as long as you can.

2 hours is plenty.
20-30 mins just simply jogging (doing this while dribbling the ball is an excellent idea)
then the rest should be practicing technique..etc.
