I left my electric stove on...need help?

I left my electric stove on, its a 2003 flat top model, and I was curious if it would be okay, until I go to lunch from work at 12. PLEASE HELP, im freaking out.

Provided nothing falls on it or provided a pet doen't jump up on it, it should be okay.
Try to be a little more careful in the future.

It should be fine as long as nothing is on it! It will run up your electric bill though and be hot as hel l in there!Good Luck hon!
