When I heard him sing a song ,
I felt he was singing it just to me.
Not many singers have made me feel that way.
We lost a great singer when we lost Conway.

I think it's Tim McGraw. He has alot of good songs, and I never get tired of listening to them. Have you heard his new song 'If You're Reading This'? I almost cry every time I hear it.
George Strait and Kenny Chesney are good, too!
But, the problem with me is the fact that I LOVE all Country music, and couldn't ever imagine life without it. So, personally, I think all Country singers are the greatest, but If I had to choose, I would say it's Tim McGraw.

Definitely King George . he is great! not only as a singer but as a person. He is kind and down to earth, You can really tell he is a family man. He has a great voice that cant be mistaken for others.No one will ever compare to george strait

George Strait without a doubt, he has been around for almost 30 years and is still putting out great music. Another good one was Keith Whitley I can only wonder where he would be if he were still alive.

Cash introduced country to rockers.
Garth introduced country as a popualar form of music and got turned many noncountry fans into country fans.
Strait has 50 #1's and is awesome.
Chesney's popularity goes up and down as far as true country fans go. He is more of a pop country star.
