I'm sure it starts with looking for him instead of 'not being very concerned'. At a guess she will listen to her military advisers and generals if she is elected and doesn't have a set plan yet. I doubt any of them have a true set plan yet other than "look for him in Afghanistan and Pakistan" ... and that's both parties.
