Depends on the person. Some people sweat less than other´s. If you don´t want to change your sheet´s more than once a week, then a good idea is to open the widow give them a shake , and lay them on the widow ledge to air. At the moment I change my sheet´s twice a week, as the weather is very hot. I think it´s nice to go to bed with nice fresh sheet´s when ever possible. Make you relax more .

i think that since you a hygenic person and prob take a shower before you get into bed that its prob okay to go ahead and leave them on for a week or 2, and when you do take them off and wash them be sure to use only HOT water to kill any dust mites that might have gotten on them, to prevent that just make sure that you fully make your bed when you get out and make sure that you dust your room regularly, you really need to wash all of your blankets and sheets at least 1 time a month to prevent thoose dust mites and just do a thuro clean with vacuum, and the whole works to keep your room as clean as possible and be sure to get ceiling fan if you have one. but basically yeah its okay to leave them since your a clean person

LIke you, I change/wash my sheets every other week, and have been doing it for over 40 years! I have no 'unhygienic' conditions, etc..& yes, it is a waste of time and water and energy to wash them every week!! besides, there are better things to do with your time............

Apparently you sweat on average a pint a night, so imagine 14 night's worth ... then compare to 7 nights ... which is also why you should wash your sheets at a higher temperature.

well, we bathe every night...I change mine about every two weeks, but put on fresh pillow cases weekly. I guess if you don't have air conditioning or have some problems sweating, more often might be better.
I guess it is more a personal preference, although I have been in some homes where the bedrooms reek of dirty linens....

I change mine one a week...I love fresh, clean sheets...I think everyone should change them AT LEAST that often...but I have known people (EWWWWW) who admitted to waiting a month or more....accckkk! Nasty!
You might bathe everynight, however, as you sleep, most people drool, and you always shed skin and hair...
Once a week, I say!

At home, my mom made us change them every week. She is by no means a slob, nor is she a clean freak. She's just your average clean person, so I find once a week is reasonable.

I do mine roughly every five days. If I had someone to do them for me, I'd have them changed daily!! I looooveeee fresh bedding! So long as you are bathing or showering before going to bed, I see no problem with what you are doing!
