if it´s emulsion as you say, then you don´t have as much of a problem as you think. It will come out using water. Take a bit of time. Use a sponge with warm or cold water. Once you have most of it off. Use some of your washing up liquid for dishes. This will remove the rest.The carpet soak with water A good idea would be to use your garden hose to rinse it well. then plenty sun to dry it

keep it wet and keep washing it don't let it dry and harden once a vacuum cleaner that washes is a help a product called oops removes any remainder of dried emulsion from carpet

Water normally gets emulsion out.

Try using warm water and some fairy liquid

some swine once threw some enamel over my car on a baking hot day . no prob's got it all off with white spirits,didn't hurt original paintwork!

go and get a car wash done as the hard brushes will get most of it out .
