Hugo Chavez is the president of Venezuela who was voted in via a fair Democratic election, and voted in for a second term.

The interesting part is that Venezuela has the fifth largest reserves of crude oil, in the world.

This is why bush had him kidnapped (Coup) and taken to Albania where bush wanted him tortured, but the Albanian government despises george w. bush and let President Chavez go.

He returned to his country and george w. bush has been gnashing his teeth, and smelling of sulpher, ever since.

Hugo Chaves is the president of Venezuela. He ousted the pro-American incumbent, therefore of course, he is public enemy number one as far as this Bush admninistration is concerned
He was democratically elected, therefore no more a dictator than George W Bush or Tony Blair nor for that matter Saddam whom America supported, nor the Shah of Iran whom America installed and supported..
Democracy is about respecting other people's opinion even if it isn't the same as yours
