You can make a screen shot of a page using the "PrntScrn" button on your keyboard. Open the page and press the key.
Then open a graphic program such as Paint and do a Paste to put the picture into the program. You may need to edit (drop) the picture to get rid of the menu bars and other things you do not want.
Finally, save it in a picture format (normally jpeg).
Then you will need a program to allow you to create PDF files. Windows does not have a build in feature for doing PDF files. Go to http://download.com and look for a free PDF creator such as CutePDF. As it program works differently, you will have to follow the instructions for using that program to create the file.
Once you download the PDF maker, it may give you an easier way to make the file. Most programs will add a "printer" to your computer that allows you to print anything as a PDF file. You open the page, and then print it with the PDF program as the selected printer. Rather then sending it to the printer, it sends it straight to a PDF file. Results is a PDF version of the entire website without having to do any screen shots, etc.

If you just want a snapshot of the page, press Control+Print Screen. That will copy the screen into Windows Clipboard. Then open your favorite graphics editor and past the image.
You can also save the page to your computer by clicking File, Save Page As in Internet Explorer.
To print the page to a PDF, install a PDF printer driver. Then any time you want to print anything to PDF, choose File, Print and select that PDF driver as the printer.

Aloha from Down Unda!
These answers are probably good but I'd recommend a IrfanView downoad for yer picture file organization.
Naturally, the 'Ctrl' hold while 'Print Screen SysRq' button [on the opposite side] are fine with a subsequent 'MSPaint' open page to 'paste' & 'save as' jpeg in My Pictures will be a lot more manageable with the IrfanView downloaded program!
Best wishes

If you want a screen shot of the entire page and not just what you see, IE Screenshot is a neat little program that can do that.
The freeware version only saves as bmp images, but you can easily convert it to jpg or any other format using a image editor like MS Paint, or Photoshop.

Go2PDF is another great freeware program that lets you convert images to pdf files.

Could use print screen (Takes a picture of what you see on your screen and copies it onto you clipboard) then go to Paint and chose edit and paste. Then save that file as a .pdf type, not sure if you can convert the file in that way though.
