The expected, yet mis-informed, stereotypical comments made by some obvious cons regarding Clinton's actions making Vitters actions OK are truely insightful into the con mind.

I would hope and expect Vitter to get the same kind of "attention" that Bill got over Monica - after all - the cons ARE the "FAMILY VALUES" people right?
They hold thier elected officials to a higher standard - right?

NOT!

He does not represent me in that I am a Texan and I have no vote as it concerns Senator Vitters. It is up to the voters of Louisiana to decide that.

On the issues, I agree with Vitters on a great many things. I applaud him on his stand on the immigration issue. Obviously I do not applaud him on soliciting prostitutes.

Louisiana voters will have to weigh everything out and make their decision themselves. Senator Vitters has already made it clear that he is not resigning.

1. Clinton lied about it.

2. Vitter did not.

I vote for my politicians based on their political lives, not their social lives. Vitter is a good politician, and I would vote for him again.

I don't think he has to resign, but he should be forced to sleep on the couch for a significant amount of time.

once you ask questions like this, you may remind people who most of the Republicans in this board are blocked from answering your question. i assume you're demonstrating liberal "open mindedness" in action.
