is epoxy adhesive flammable, especially in an electric current? i just fixed an electrical appliance here in the house and some of the epoxy fell and hardened on the plug. while i've gotten a lot out, there's still some on the plug and i'm not sure if this will pose a potential fire hazard once i plug it in the socket.

Just the uncured fumes are a fire risk. Dried: No problem.

I would think if this is a 'Flammable" Product they would have to put a warning on the container that states this fact very clearly. If its not there then it obviously is not a flammable product. I'd still we weary of the fumes though, in an enclosed space. Not that they are flammable but present a potential health risk.

Omni has the 10. Epoxy, once cured, is as safe as the wire coating, or wire nuts on bare/cut ends.

Flammable is relative. Heat or electrical current doesn't strictly equate to fire. Certainly if LIT by a fire source most things will burn.
